Nothing leaves your machine.

sous has no account, no server and no analytics. Everything it keeps is in~/.sous on your computer.

What sous keeps

• Your notes, and which project each is for.
• When it first saw each row on the board, so it can say how long it has waited.
• How your last agent session in each project ended, as the agent's hook reported it.
• For a task handed to an agent: its worktree, log and result, until you clean it up.

Who sous talks to

Only the tools you already use, on your machine: git, and gh orglab when you use GitHub or GitLab. They talk to those services with your own login, as they always do. A note goes to a shared tracker only when you file it.
